Shipping Information
Free Delivery Above PKR 3,000
Enjoy FREE shipping on all orders above PKR 3,000 across Pakistan. Orders below PKR 3,000 have a flat Rs. 200 shipping fee.
Delivery Time
Orders are processed within 24 hours. Delivery takes 2-4 business days to major cities and 4-7 business days to remote areas.
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via WhatsApp/SMS. Track your order at techhiba.shop/track.
Cash on Delivery
All orders are Cash on Delivery (COD). Pay when you receive your package. No advance payment required.
Shipping Charges
Our shipping rates are simple and transparent:
- Orders above PKR 3,000: FREE delivery across Pakistan
- Orders below PKR 3,000: Flat Rs. 200 shipping fee
Shipping charges are calculated automatically at checkout. You can always add more items to your cart to qualify for free delivery!

Return & Exchange Policy
7-Day Return Window
You may return or exchange your product within 7 days of delivery. Products must be in original condition with packaging.
30-Day Warranty
All earbuds come with a 30-day manufacturing defect warranty. If your product has a defect, we'll replace it at no cost.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:
- In original, unused condition
- In original packaging with all accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
- Returned within 7 days of delivery
Returns due to change of mind are accepted, but return shipping will be paid by the customer. For defective items, we cover all costs.
How to Return

Get Approved
We'll review and approve your return request within 24 hours.
Ship Back
Send the product back via any courier. We'll arrange pickup for defective items.
Get Replacement
Once received, we'll send your replacement within 2-3 business days.
Refund Policy
Since all orders are COD, refunds are processed as store credit or exchange. In cases of defective products where a replacement is not available, we may offer a full refund via bank transfer within 5-7 business days.
Damaged in Transit
If your package arrives damaged, please take photos/videos at the time of delivery and contact us immediately on WhatsApp. We'll arrange a replacement at no additional cost.
